Happy Mother’s Day to all you wonderful mums out there!
I hope you have a lovely day and I hope you got to soak in just how much you are loved.
(My wonderful mother and I in 1992, I was 1 here and until today I never realised how chubby a child I was, sorry mum 😉)
I love Mother’s Day, I think it’s a wonderful day. Mainly because I love my mum so much I think she deserves a day dedicated to her, 💡maybe I could start a national Amanda day just for her? (I’ll ponder on that before committing to the idea, I mean, it’s pretty late and I’ve had prosecco now ha!)

This year I bought my mum a pandora charm and gave it to her when she came down to visit me last weekend. She loved it, I chose a silver heart that said mum on the front which was cut out amongst several tiny hearts. I loved this charm and with her only just getting the bangel for Xmas it was the perfect gift!
(Mum and I last weekend strolling along southbank, looking like the borrowers we are!)
I hope that when I become a mother, that I can be just as inspiring, caring, clever, honest, hard working and positive as my own mum is because she really knows how to raise some wonderful children. (I know, I’m slightly biased) but hey, she’s got three more boys except for me and everyday they make me proud with how they are turning into charming young gentlemen ( I say this like they aren’t all nearly over 18) and so I know for sure she has got this parenting thing down!
Finally, this post is mainly just a thankyou to Amanda, for being such a perfect mum.
Thank you mum. You mean the world to me. ❤️
